Those dark feathers usually mean rooster, but there has been some darker pullets coming out of some hatcheries lately. You might have to wait a bit longer. The comb looks pullet currently. Most need to be closer to 5-8 weeks before you can tell for sure though.
 
Im hoping for Pullet... Want those pink eggs. But all of the Roo pics i have seen of that breed are so handsome!

Agree with this. Those funky colored birds the last, what, 2 years or so? Really threw off sexing by color.

did the bird come from a hatchery?

Wilco feed store... I believe they use 3 different hatcheries...

Yes - there are two for chicks and one for waterfowl that they source through most of the time. For SF I would suspect the source is Privett as I don't believe the other chick source hatches SF.
