Pullet or Roo? Black Australorp or Blue Wyandotte?

Chicken 1 is an EE and a suspected Roo. What do you guys think?

Chicken 2 is either a Black Australorp or a Blue Wyandotte... not sure which breed and also a suspected Roo because of what looks like saddle feathers to me. Any ideas on gender or breed?

The EE is a beautiful cockerel.

The second one is a black Wyandotte cockerel. Has a rosecomb, and is not blue.

Pic 1 is a black EE rooster.
Pic 2 is a black wyandotte rooster.

The Wyandotte was sold to me as a Blue Wyandotte. Obviously the actual color is black, but when I asked this question here on BYC, some of the Wyandotte people chimed in that Blue's can come in Blue or Black...
