Pullet or roo? (EE)

My EE is 14 weeks old and I have suspicions that it's a roo. Any help?

Nope, fairly certain that is a pullet. The white spots threw me off for a minute, but it's just unusual coloring, I think.

She looks like a pullet to me. The coloring on the cockerels is very different than the pullets.
