Pullet or Roo? Possible breed?

Hi! I think this little guy is a roo. I'd love to hear what you think and what breed you think he might be. I got my first batch of chicks from a farm supply store (won't do it again, by the way). Here's "Vinnie"!

I'm no expert but with the new wings coming it she almost looks like a Barred Rock?

I was thinking the same that it was possibly a barred rock, but I'm very new at this....otherwise I would have made sure I was getting chicks from the pullet bins! LOL. He's the bossiest little chick. He pretty much runs the brooder. If it's not a rooster, it's going to be the bossiest hen in the coop!

I think there is always a bossy hen . Definitely looks like a barred rock to me. I can't really tell if its a he or she... It does look a little large legged though...
