Pullet or Roo? Welsummer Help!

If that were from my flock it would definitely be a roo. My pullet chicks had much darker markings.

Thank you all for the feedback! I'm still not entirely decided on what s/he is...this one's proving to be quite confusing.

They just turned a month old on Tuesday (they grow up so fast!).

Here's some more pics, though now I feel as though I'm just updating. These were taken just a few minutes ago.




















I'm now leaning towards Roo (especially with that comb and chest), but I still have no idea.

That comb looks roo-ish. The black breast feathers won't start coming in for another couple weeks. If the chest stays salmon, you have a pullet.

Thank you all for so much help!!!

The chicks are 1 month, and 23 days old today (almost 2 months!!!). I'm now 99% sure that the brown chick is a roo

-his comb is huge and red, and his chest is mostly black, thus, he has been named Glen Coco (from Mean Girls)

Yep, that's a boy. Pullets don't start turning red in the comb until they are almost ready to lay eggs, usually around 14 to 18 weeks.

The comb and wattles look rooish, but the dark chest is the dead giveaway. roo... sorry.
