The first picture is very blurry, could we get another at the same angle? Looking to see if it's developing hackle & saddle feathering. I'm not familiar with the breed but it's comb & wattles are awfully red, so at this time saying Cockerel.

Saddle and hackle feathering is not differentiated at 9 weeks.
