Pullet or roo?

Still not sure because her/his comb and waddle grew a little bit in these 2 weeks but her neck feathers are round and has a body of a pullet.

i cant have roosters where i live so i need to get rid of them. Should i just wait and see if it turns out being a pullet or is it no doubt a rooster. The last thing i want is to get rid of a chicken because i thought it was a roo but it wasnt

She ended up being a pullet i had a feeling so i never go rid of her.
