Pullet or Roo?

I am getting ready to send a few roosters to the processor. I have about five that need to go. Just checking to make sure I don't send a pullet there.
Any suggestions would be helpful.

Cockerels. The leakage on the wing bar is a male specific trait.

I'm Roo freak and raise mine to keep.
So far the order themselves out just like the hens do.

I hoard roos like they're... well, out of style and no one wants them But I can understand some folks not wanting a flock of boys.
