Pullet or Roo?

I was sure this BCM (now about 10 weeks old) was male, but as the weeks go by, I'm thinking (hoping!)

maybe I have a pullet after all. He/she has had a reddish comb since the first week or so of life, but it hasn't changed in several weeks.

I'm gonna say rooster because of the hackles, color, and comb.

Okay...I was starting to think pullet because he/she doesn't have a lot of color, just the copper around the neck. Thanks for replying!
