Pullet question

It is a hen, roosters have more prominent tail feathers.

Those are polish, not very sure how good of layers they are but to my knowledge they aren't egg layers (or put into that class) more of a ornamental breed but I'm sure they should lay decently, should still get one every 25-30 hours.

No.... Not Polish at all.....Silkies defiantly

What breed? Photo? Free ranged or confined? Have you examined pelvic spacing, vent condition, etc to establish not laying or based just on not thinking you are getting eggs from her?

It could be shortening of days, as well as other factors such as getting enough food and water, if she has worms then needs dewormer, but she should be laying at this age..
I only have three an so that get fresh fruit great food and water, worms? I don't know how I would know if she had them? Any suggestions.

That's preference, I use wazine once a month. They also make dewormer pills you can just give each bird one once a month. If they free range they will be more susceptible to worms, same applies for dirty coop.
Have you opted to disregard the withdrawal period for wazine or ? Not sure how else that approach would work to yield useable eggs or birds......
