I’m pretty sure this is a pullet, but as always I like to ask you guys what your experienced eyes think.
“She” is an Easter Egger around 10wks old.
I don’t think she looks particularly rooish, but her feathers near the tail curl more then the other girls feathers do. And her neck feathers look pointy to me.... those are rooster characteristics aren’t they? Or is it like that for some mixed breed hens?

The white butt to the left is my rooster the same age as the chick in question. My rooster doesn’t have as much curl to his tail/back feathers as this one seems to.
