Pullet shaking head and clicking sound

I have a pullet that has not started to lay yet. She is "about" 19 weeks old. Red faced for about 3 weeks. SO I thought she would be laying by now. I have noticed that she shakes her head and sometimes I her a clicking noise????? What in the world could this be? I hope its not her neck bones cracking. I was wondering if she could be sick and that's why she has not layed yet? She seems alert, eats well, drinks well.

I have treated for lice/mites twice (7 days apart). last treatment was Wed. And on Thur still the shaking? Could this just be remaining pest on the bird or could something else be going on?

anyone that is looking at this post with the same concern I think I have figured it out..........

I think it is just her wattles hitting her head as she shakes her head. Her wattles are slapping her head. So flippin funny!!!!! All this time I thought it was her neck cracking.
