Pullet starving, poopy butt, won't eat much, not standing

Chickens sometimes get diarrhea or vent gleet for various reasons. Keep her hydrated and eating like @chickenchaser said. And also flush her system with epsom salts to remove any toxins. Adding probotics and vitamins to her food or water should help too. Here's an article on how to use epsom salts

Is this on BYC anywhere? I don't have Pinterest.

Yes, I seem to recall being told they need to be at 85F if it's possible when they are stressed/injured/ill. At 58F, definitely heat pad, I would think.
Thanks Kristen. I wish I knew why with constant food present in the run she would be this thin. Either she is not eating for some reason, or something is stealing her nutrition.

I suppose she could be being bullied (I'm always forgetting to consider that in my own birds). But the diarrhea points to illness, I think.

This may sound strange, but what about cocci? It's not the typical presentation, but I think I read about it possibly presenting this way (you don't have to see blood). If you have Amprol/Corid around, you could consider trying to treat her. Just spitballing...

Possibly, I am worried now that she is not using her legs right of something much worse.

Well, I did the epsom salt, and she continues to drink, but she is not keeping herself upright well which spells big trouble. I just wish I knew what trouble.
