Pullet still sick ~duplicate... sorry~

Have you tried LA-200 and vetrx? Both are available at tractor supply. I use vetrx in the coop to ease breathing issues, and I've read that LA-200 is highly effective for CRD/MG because it's longer acting. I've not used it with my chickens, but it's been a life-saver for our goats, deer, and antelope!
we've tried VetRx and Tylan 50 on the 3 other pullets and they all got better. Our barred had the same symptoms as the other's in addition to the eye issues. The severe breathing issues have subsided, but the slight gasping and the eye issue haven't gotten better. ILT is not treatable with antibiotics so that explains why these symptoms never improved.

I"m sorry that she is still not improving.
If you suspect that she has ILT which is a herpesvirus then antibiotics would not have been that effective and only treated secondary infection.
It would be a good idea to see if you can get some swabs tested to find out what you are dealing with then you can give the correct treatment if that's possible.
Testing can be performed through your state lab system - you can find that here:

Or you can send to an independent lab like this : http://www.zoologix.com/

She is still housed with the other chickens and none have had symptom or they got better quickly with treatment? What are you long term goals with keeping chickens?

when she was on Tylan it helped with her other respiratory issues, but with the current condition remaining it lead us to believe she has ILT, which would explain why Tylan wasn't helpful. I'll talk to my husband about testing. She wasn't housed with the other's when she had her severe respiratory issues. 3 other's were suffering with respiratory issues, too, but one at a time, thankfully! She's the only one that hasn't fully recovered. we wanted to keep her housed inside our home, but it's getting so cold out we were also worried she'd never acclimate to the winter if we kept her in much longer. If it turns out she is perm. blind then we will probably put her down. :( We are raising hens for eggs and pure enjoyment. the later being UNenjoyable.

Can you feel the slightly swollen area in front of her let eye to see if it is squishy? There might be puss in there that needs to come out. I do not think that you are dealing with ILT since that usually causes bloody nasal mucus from the beak, which can be slung around the walls of the coop from head shaking. I would wonder about her either having MG plus a secondary infection such as aspergillosis or air saculitis. Aspergillosis is a fungus which can travel throughout the body via the air sacs. Air sacculitis is similar, but the causal agent is frequently E.coli bacteria. Those are opportunistic infections that can make a respiratory infection worse or even deadly. If you lose her, I would definitely get a necropsy to diagnose what she had.

I gently pushed around the area under her eye. Nothing came out. I agree that she doesn't have blood coming out, thankfully! In my earlier post in this thread someone did suggest MG and I put her on antibiotics. They also said she must be suffering from a second issue that made things more complicated. I believe the MG has been addressed and isn't an issue anymore, but I feel this current is something else since it didn't respond to antibiotics. She does have bubbles in her eyes :( And thank you for your insight.

The eye bubbles are typical of mycoplasma (MG.) In the future, if you treat again with Tylan 50, I would use 0.25 mg per pound of weight 3 times daily for only 5 days. Other antibiotics that you may obtain online for MG are Denagard for use in the water, or Baytril (enrofloxacin.)
Here is a link on where to buy Baytril and in post 3, there are dosages:
