Pullet with bad infection

My only Ameraucana hen to survive a dog attack Saturday, is injured. She has a few puncture wounds in her chest. Not too deep, but they are very infected. I think I've managed to keep the other injured birds from infection, but she is a bit slimy. She doesn't eat much though she does drink. She doesn't walk around often. I cleaned her up again this morning and have moved her to a small dog crate by herself. I'm going to put her in the shop because it's air conditioned so she won't have to be trying to fight of the Texas heat as well as infection. I've been wiping her wounds with water/peroxide solution then spraying them with Blu-Kote. She's been on electrolyte/vitamin water and had Duramycin 10 in her water as well.
Is there anything else I can do for her? I don't want her to die, but if I can't get this under control now she probably will. She doesn't seem to be getting worse, really. Just not any better either. What do I need to do for her?

I think she's going to die. :'( I just gave her a drink because she won't drink now. And she immediately started rasping, like the water was in the back of her throat. A few seconds later blood tinted, smelly liquid came out of the wounds in her chest. I have no idea what's wrong, but I'm afraid I'm going to have to cull her.

I'm going to give her a little longer as see if she improves, but that seems really bad to me. Does anyone have any ideas?

Can you get some much stronger antibiotic? Tylan 50 or Penicillin? Both can be found at TSC and are injectable. I would purchase one of these and start with injections immediately. Alternate sites on the breast muscle. Do not go too deep and always draw back on the syringe before delivering the medication in case you have accidentally hit a vein/artery. Injecting antibiotics into a blood source will kill your bird immediately.

I would also try and get the peroxide solution into the wounds...you need to flush them out not just wipe them off. Puncture wounds are a huge source of infection because of the depth of the wound. I would then try and pack the wounds with neosporin ointment, without pain reliever. Try and boost her with some probiotics and vitamins. .5 mls poly vi sol, without iron, per day would really help her keep her strength up.

Boiled or scrambled egg, yogurt...mix well and add water to make a mash that you can get into her beak and she can swollow easily. She needs protein to fight the infection.

I don't think infection is what's wrong with her anymore. After I made her drink and the stuff came out, I realized that's what was on her feathers and wounds when I cleaned her that was making her a bit slimy. It doesn't seem to be infection. I think it's internal damage. She ate the scrambled egg and buttermilk I gave her, but now she won't drink. I don't blame her. I wouldn't drink it if came out of my chest when I did. She's had electrolytes and vitamins. I've upped the antibiotics I was giving her, but I don't think antibiotics will help at this point.

Not that I can see, but it's possible. Would that be able to heal? I don't want to cull her. I really, really don't want to cull her. But I don't want her to suffer either. I dunno what I should do.
