Hi all I have a dominique (hatchery stock) pullet about 7 weeks old with this crooked toe. I had only just noticed it this week, but looking back in pictures of this particular batch, she seems to have had it for at least three weeks. It has not impacted her behavior at all, she walks, runs, and scratches around normally.. which is probably why I didn't notice it for so long.

Anyways, what could have caused this? Do you think it will establish problems further in her life? Is it possible to correct/worth correcting?

Hi! I had a polish roo with crooked toes like this, but he was born that way. If it was crooked from birth, I think it will be just fine. But if it became crooked it may be a deficiency of some kind. Hope this helps!
