If she were mine I would remove pus and start on Baytril. But Baytril is banned for use in poultry, so that is something you should think about.

Some people live quite happily with respiratory disease in their flocks.

You have the Tylan on hand use it.
If it is possible to order other meds...I would do so, like @casportpony says.
That Baytril is some powerful stuff.

If this pullet recovers what will happen most likely (assuming she has both eyes) is that she will be put back with the others and sold.
