Pullet with extremely swollen eye! Help needed!

Would it be better if I brought her home and kept her isolated in my sun room while I treated her? The isolation stall is dusty and I’m afraid that her eye would get infected again.

I’m so torn. On the one hand I have to protect my flock and keep them healthy and happy but on the other hand if this pullet recovers she will be sold to an unsuspecting person.
Would you keep her in your flock after she was treated?

If she is does agree to testing and the results are positive for respiratory disease what should I do?
