Well she ended up passing today, not sure what it was to be honest. Curious if I should be worried about the rest of the flock?

There's no way to really know the cause of death unless you have testing/necropsy performed. If you still have the body, refrigerate it and send it to your state lab for an official diagnosis. http://www.metzerfarms.com/PoultryLabs.cfm

Thank you and yeah I figured that would b the only way to find out. I already buried her.
