pullet with swollen face

My barred rock pullet, Pepper has a swollen face on her right side only. She'll be 15 weeks old tomorrow. I have 8 hens total and Pepper is the only one showing these symptoms. I just got back from a week long vacation and noticed it while I was free ranging them. She looks and acts fine otherwise. Anyone have an idea of what may be wrong with her? (photo shows good and bad side)

Frequently a respiratory sinus infection can cause swelling around an eye or the face. In those you may also see foam in the eye or gunk from infection, noisy breathing, or nasal drainage. Pecks or stings near the eye cqn also cause swelling, and you may be able to see a mark or sting. How you treat will depend on what caused this.
