Oh boy! Poor thing. Just read through this thread. I did not see pus, but more like a cyst? I agree lancing is a good idea. And a vet, if possible. I’m wondering if the pressing aggravated it further and caused more swelling. Did you try the warm compress?

I tried pressing on it with a paper towel with warm water. I have an appointment on Friday with a vet.

I think I am going to try to lance it. I just want to make sure I cut in the right place.
