Maybe try a little deeper, clean blood off, then post a new picture.

I cut pretty deep, I cut until I felt like it opened up, and then I tried applying pressure, and I couldn't get any pus to come out. It did kind of look like the roof of her mouth was bulging, though.

Wipe the blood off and get a clear picture of the inside of the wound if you can.

I'm not sure. I tried to remove it, but I couldn't. Here is another picture.

It looks like the roof of her mouth is kind of swollen on the same side as the lump.

Has it stopped bleeding? If so, wipe that foot from the incision and post a new picture. I wanna see the incision minus blood.
