Pullets acting like Roos

This morning my 2 week old RIR and BO pullets, are jumping up in eachothers face, and fighting like roosters. Is this normal for pullets? Are they trying to establish a pecking order? Or could they possibly be roosters?

Just wait until you have chicks - hens are far more viscious than roos. Ever heard the expression "mad as a mother hen"?
