pullets has lost all her feathers around her vent area.

she is ten months old.she stopped laying about two months ago and very grouchy.i notice lots of feathers under the roost.and through out the run.so i just assumed she was molting.she has always had a nasty bottom.last summer i would give her vent area a nice warm rinse to keep her clean.since we got into the colder months i have not cleaned her vent area.she did have dried poo in her feathers.nasty looking.than yesterday her whole behind was bald and red looking.i bought her in and cleaned her vent area.now I'm worried.i seen a pullet lightly pecking at her naked bottom.i did some research and ordered a product called Nu-Stock.its for mites ,lice and vent gleet.and its supposed to help with vent picking.anyone ever used it?
