Pullets or cockerels?

Be glad you didn't get 16 . . . I got 10 males and 6 pullets . . . I managed to rehome a few with people close by and they give me updates on occasion. It can be away to make local connections with like minded people. I had no idea how many people near me keep/raise chickens.

That’s very true! I was very fortunate with my other breeds, just not the Easter eggers. lol! You make a very good point about meeting like minded people. I need more friends who want to talk about chickens a lot!

I can hear my 'normal' friends' roll their eyes over the phone when I start a sentence with . . . . "My chickens did . . . today." I love this site for being my outlet for those weird chicken questions and stories.
