Pullets or not? 7 weeks plus 5 days

Your RIR will lose the white on her head once she feathers in all the way - this is my production red/rir pullet at 7-8 weeks - a little farther along in her feathering and no white on her head):

Thank you both for the pictures, your feather children are beautiful. It is nice to see how they look as they get older. These are my first chicks and I am really enjoying watching them grow up. I had started to worry that maybe I was wrong and they were not all pullets, but now that several people have said pullet I feel a lot better
