Pullets or Roos? And what breed?

Hello!
My assorted Bantams from TSC turned 5 weeks now.

Can you help me identifying if they are pullets or roos?
My guess is that all are pullets.
But what do you all think?

And also what breed could Nr 2 and Nr 3 be?
Sorry for the not so great picture of Nr 2 - she is usually very happy sitting on my hand but I think she doesn't like to have her picture taking.

The third one kind of looks like a serama. I can't tell on the second.
They're still a little young for a gender but 2 may be a rooster. Try posting again in a few weeks.

I was thinking Serama too on Nr 3 - because she/he is so tiny compared to the other bantams.

seramas usually show combs early - light orange- both sexes - then males get reddened
