pullets or roos please help... no eggs but no crow

I got these at a auction so I am not sure how old they are but the are about the size of my 4 hen that are laying. They have not laid or crowed. I have 1 grown roo and he doesn't try to mate them at all or fight them. They do not have spurs but they do have a dot where a spur would be but my 4 hen do also. I just thought I would have gotten an egg by now. Or heard a crow. Thanks for your help I know you experienced folk get a lot of these questions.

There is 4 for girl 3 for boy. I guess I will keep them to see. Thanks a lot for your opinions. I tried to look at the vent to see but they look like my hens except the hens was a lot bigger. The also look like my roosters except his was redder.

Maybe close up pics would help they are barred rocks and i was thinking roos myself
