Pullets or Roo's

Hi there, I bought 8 nine week old chicks of different breeds that are now 15 weeks and I have no idea if they are girls or boys. The gal said she'd swap any roosters for hens if I ended up with some gentleman. Any advice or tips would be most welcome, thank you!
