Pullets or Roos?

What do y'all think? They are about 4-5 weeks old. Im thinking barred rock is a pullet and buff Orpington is a roo!

I agree the BO is a roo. Its hard to see the BRs barring in the pic so im not sure about that one.

Yea those white bars ate pretty thick. I say 2 roos.

Ive heard of sexing chicks by looking at the wing feathers the first couple of days after they hatch. Has anyone ever done this or had good luck with this method? Ive also heard you cant use that method on Bantams.

I think for that to work the chicks have to be bred for it. Something about one parent havin the slow featherin gene and one havin the fast featherin gene. Its worth a try tho. I just wouldnt rely on it 100%.
