Is that normal? They are almost 14 weeks old and have been together from day 1. I noticed a couple of the black aust. pullets picking fights with him and then one of the sex links (can't remember which) did. At one point he let out a pretty high pitched bock. Our coop is not big enough at 4 x 6 (we are building a new one) but the run is plenty big at 10 x 24.

Pretty normal. It's time for your roo to man up and put the pullets in their place. They'll keep on picking on him until he does.

My motto is, if they aren't drawing blood let them work it out. He'll grow tired of being picked on one of these days.

Then the cockerel/roo will need to be seperated until he heals up; just as any chicken that is bloody should be seperated for their own good. Blood is a magnet for chickens, but I think you already know that.
