My roosters are awesome. They don’t like each other, I got them when they were about a year and the hadn’t bonded with humans, but man, do they love their girls.
They know I’m the boss and have always given me my space. I squat down to pick something up with my back to them, and they have never rushed me or flogged me. My Cemani roo eats scratch out of my hand hesitantly, after he’s feed his girls. They trust me to hold their hens and don’t freak out, and it truly is awesome to watch the dynamics. I wish I could keep more
