pullets with watery nostril but no sneezing no watery eyes

Hey, I have a polish pullet, with snotty nose for weeks, but no sneezing no watery eyes, just watery nostril, her wattle is pinkish (not so red), and she's eating just fine, and I just realize my silkie pullet is having this too,

My question is, are they fine?

Some things to look out for are preventing dust from feed or shavings in the coop, preventing the buildup of ammonia odor by removing droppings and keeping fresh pine shavings as bedding, and make sure there is plenty of fresh air by providing as much ventilation as possible. Look around to notice if any herbs or plants could be irritating.

Oh thanks, I think it could be the dust from the soil mixed with sawdust, hope my chickens are fine!
