Pulling feathers

I just started showing poultry and my old English game bantam Wheaton black tail pullet won her class but the judge said that some of her wing feathers were cut and needed to be plucked. (They were cut from when I cut her wing to stop her flying).

So today I pulled them out there were seven in total.

I have a few questions.

How long will they take to grow back?
Will they grow back with the same colouring (Wheaton with a black tip)?
Will the same number I pulled out grow back?

This is my first post so not sure if I put it in the right section.

PLEASE HELP ME

Congratulations on your first show. You are lucky to have found a nice judge because cutting feathers is a disqualification and she should not even placed.
In general it takes about 6-8 weeks to grow the feathers back and it should be the same feather at the same place.
