Pumpkins?

Oh they can swallow whole corn, I think the issue is with the whole dried corn and how much nutrients they can get from it when it is not cracked.

good grief! And here I wanted to decorate the yard with bales of straw and pumpkins!! My chickens free range and now if I did decorate they would trash the entire yard.

Been through two small pumpkins here,,I crack them in half and by the end of the day they have completely cleaned the inside of it out. I then throw the shells into the woods. I have two big ones on my front porch and I will give them those after Thanksgiving!

Mine got a pumpkin and a hubbard squash this weekend. Imagine they will be getting a lot of pumpkin this month as it tis the season...lol
