I have one puppy left. If she is in the play pen she is crying. I think she is lonley. It is driving me crazy. Anyone have any ideas to soothe her? I put in a fuzzy pillow last night. That seemed to help for a while.

my husband slept on the floor with our Dog when he was a pup.(we were new to dogs and decided that we would not teach him to sleep in our bed). Now he sleeps in our bed.

I have always heard that a ticking clock helps because it mimics the mother's heartbeat. I put a clock that ticks on top of the dog carrier when our new puppy wanted to cry all night. It did seem to help.

I would also agree with putting a stuffed animal or rolled up towel in with it. Mine loves warm towels and blankets straight from the dryer. Or you could even wrap up a hot water bottle in a towel to lay with it if it's not TOO hot and the puppy can't chew a hole in it.

she will get over it in a few days...she just misses her littermates..give her some stuffed animals, that may help..and ear plugs for yourself..

Well, she slept all night. She has cried all morning. As soon as she heard me up she started her whimper, whine, howl.
