Pure bred?

So I hatched 3 of these chicks. I don't think they are pure buff orps. There other possible father besides a buff orp is an easter egger rooster. Just ask if you need pics of the possible father. Here are my beauties. ( don't mind the blurry keet.)

They're mixes. One or both with pea combs may be part Easter Egger

they're not full bred They don't look like Buff Orpingtons, but, maybe it is just the picture. Do you have any more clear pictures?

I don't know there comb type but I know its not a single comb.

That proves they are not pure Buff Orpingtons, then. Buff Orpingtons have single combs. And when you cross two chickens with single combs, you get chicks with single combs (genetic explanation: single comb is recessive.)

The backside looks like my EE Pearl. I think you have a mix. Are they laying? What color are the eggs?

I only have EE's and they lay blue, green, and pink eggs.
I thought buff orp lay light brown eggs.
If you don't have any light brown eggs from these two, they aren't pure bred.

They have black on their tails. Not a pure buff orpington. I have read that they egg color comes from the rooster. That would make the eggs a green/blue light brown color. Nice chickens , colorful eggs.

I figured they are not pire because of the brown speckling.
