Just out of curiosity
What kind of bator do you have?
Do you use a turner?

i have a LG with a turner yes. Could i be messing up? i have cotton balls in the turner cups beacuse they fit large eggs, i was going to use an egg carton but couldnt find any in time.

That sounds pretty good to me. This is only my first year incubating, so I am still new to getting everything right.
