Purple Cone

If he eats/drinks and poops normal,i would not be overly concerned. I have a rooster that does on occasion have a purple tinge to comb, nothing serious in his case.

Nugget went to the vet this morning andddddddddddddddd

they have no idea

He is healthy

No sign of heart issue

Liver seems to be functioning well

No parasites or worms

When the cone goes purple it gets COLD really cold...but it only goes purple at the back of his cone not the front, So we watch for necrosis and if that happens he gets a comb and wattle job aka we cut them to make them smaller and neater.

The vet did say his cone and wattles were abnormally large

Anyways Nugget was glad to get back to his ladies and after checking to make sure they were all okay got on his steps and cock-a-doodle-do for 30 mins LOL
