Put "How to Skin a Chicken" in the Learning Center

It doesn't look like there are any of the typical meat bird question/answers in the learning center.

I read a post that said, "look at the links for how to skin a chicken", but could not find them.

Could we put those links in the How-To section?

I don't have any info on this to add to the BYC site, but if anybody wants to use the "Personal Pages " tool to create a page about how to skin a chicken (or any other topic) then I'm happy to add the pages to the BYC site.

Maybe if I have time, I'll make a tutorial of how I do it with pictures when I cull some of the silkies.
