Putting a window in Resin Shed

Aart
Tommorrow I'm going to be adding bolts!! It should tie it altogether I hope I will get "structural integrity" with the bolts going through wood on the outside to wood on the inside
Right now it's lacking in fact when you open and close the window I can feel it flex if worse comes worse I will add some wood to the existing pieces around the window to tie it all together
I am wondering if cutting the wood on a 45*s would have helped probably not

Getting more bolts all the way thru wall and both inner and outer wood pieces should work fine, hopefully you can get bolts and a drill bit long enough to do that.
It may still flex a bit but that's just the nature of the plastic wall.
Don't think adding more wood or 45ing the pieces there would help.

Thats what I plan to do w the bolts
I was figuring tying the joints of the wood together would make it stronger
Maybe I'll put aluminum or flat joining plates I'll see after I get the bolts thru

I think if you bolt the wood pieces together in the right places you won't need the joiner plates, but it's good option.

Ok I finally finished the window (yeah!)
Here's 3 pics showing the finished project
