Putting Away My Incubator Until February

I feel for ya'll.. I can't imagine it being that cold so early!! Kinda like the heat for us. I swear we didn't have a spring this year at all. By the begining of April it was already in the 90's.

We had brutal weather this summer in South Texas! 110* and for long stretches well over 100* . It is easier to incubate now that the temps are nicely cooling down

Sounds nasty. We got our summer/fire season very late this year (Sept/Oct) and it wasn't a big deal to have chicks in that warm weather. But now, it's kind of cold and tomorrow is our second snowfall this season.

Try living in Ireland where there is no such thing as a summer! It has rained non-stop for the whole month of October! Lows of 7 and they are now threatening snow! oh god.. my incubator is definitely not coming out until spring!
