WOW, I got excited and promptly overwhelmed at seeing all the pictures. Here's a photo of my family as we married this month. We're also one season into chickens as well, two dreams to come true!!

My wife and I adopted the poults (Eastern Wild Turkeys) but as it turned out - I think we were the ones adopted by them. The photo was taken in their favorite tree and the game they invented was to see how many poults could climb aboard without getting shoved off. We truly fell in love with these birds and what a great education and blessing it is to raise something that returns the love you share.

Our rooster “Chief” and true ruler of the roost, recently passed away - he was 15 and we are very thankful for everyday he graced our presence. He is buried outback on the knoll overlooking his domain.
