?????? Putting young chicks and older chicks together?????????

Hey All,
I have two 8 week old pullets and four 3 week old chicks that eventually need to live together. How do I go about this? Currently I put the younger ones in a small run next to the large run holding the older girls, I bring the chicks in the house at night, but I do not know what the next steps are to moving them in together. Please help. PLEASE!!!!!!
