Several months ago, I ordered 7 chicks from MyPetChicken. I recieved an email confirming my order and that I should get the chicks the week of June first. Seemed like a long wait, but, why not, I really wanted these girls. I just assumed (I hate that word lol) that I would get an eail letting me know the chicks had been shipped. I checked my email June 1 and 2 - nothing. June 2nd, when I didn't hear from MPC or the PO, I drove a gaggle of giggling girls 1 hour away to go ice skating for a birthday party. Imagine my surprise at 2 pm when my phone rings. It's the PO, the message he left was, your chicks are here, I am delivering them to your house. OMG! I am an hour away, with a group of teenaged girls and stray dogs and cats at the house. I gathered up the kids, raced home and found a redeliver note in the mail box. All's well that ends well. The chicks are adorable and very fat and sassy. I am pleased with the outcome, but a little distressed about the way things were handled. At least everyone arrived healthy and happy - and so very cute!
