Puzzled to my roosters breed!

I purchased this rooster from a lady that said he is a arucana. He is small. About 10 months old. Has 6 toes. Feathered feet. Blue earlobes mostly black skin. A big pillowy comb. Straight shiny black feathers.
Does anyone know what he might be?

Depends on what he's mixed with, but I'd guess he carries a white or light cream color gene.

What country are you in? Arucana is something different in Australia and the UK.
