PVC Waterer?!

I saw a post here a few weeks ago of a guy who made a waterer out of pvc pipe, I'm pretty sure it was green and he had it rigged down to the bottom of the run with some triangle contraption... Anyway, I didn't bookmark it, and I want to make one.... Does anyone have a link to this waterer or one similar???
