Looking back, I didn't realize how much Judy Blume has lightened up over the years. I was super excited about getting new pictures after a short day of work yesterday, only to find that her crop didn't empty overnight again. She seems to be OK today and I did find a broken egg in the nesting box last night, so I'll just have to continue to monitor. I'll be off work again on Thursday so if all goes well, I'll get new pictures then. So for now, here's a picture of a much younger Judy Blume 💜

I couple of times I've read they set well but aren't good mothers, anyone had this experience?
I'd like it if they were a good, reliable broody. They're so small, I think they could even do well with gamebird eggs.
