Pyrantel pamoate equine paste dosage for 13 lb rooster

Good morning!

My 13 lb rooster fell ill a few days ago.
Found capillaria eggs on the fecal slide.
Started safeguard equine dewormer paste. Today is day 4. I have bought pyrantel paomate equine paste. How much do I administer? How many times? Once? And then repeat in 2 weeks?

I think the Safeguard paste will be more effective. If you live in the USA, give Safeguard paste at 0.23 ml per of body weight orally for five consecutive days.

DO NOT try to deworm your birds with that info.
