You go girl!! That's genius!
Everybody meet egg C!

Egg C is joining us from Maryland. It's a whopper of an egg, weighing in at 674.3 grams, making it the biggest egg I have by far.
Now, three eggs might fit in the Brinsea but four definitely don't. So, I would like to introduce you to the Emubator:

It's made from a 10 gallon aquarium, insulated with foam insulation, has a lexan panel for the lid, and is run by an Incukit Mini that keeps it perfectly at 97.2 degrees.

Nobody get excited about that day count; it is definitely very wrong, lol.
Are there more eggs coming?![]()
@Pyxis can you say more about the emubator? I see the Incukit mini is heater thermostat and fan in one unit, only 49.99 at incubator warehouse. That seemslike an excellent value! Are you hand turning?
People are always looking for a low cost, easy to construct incubator! An Article maybe? or better yet something we can bookmark.Certainly! I can put together a little guide on how I built it too if that is helpful. I am hand turning, but the Incukit can run an egg turner, and you can set it to how many times you want it to turn the eggs a day.
A tutorial would be great. I'm not planning on hatching emus, but I would like to build my own incubator at some point (at least my own lockdown incubator.)Certainly!
